Thank you for your purchase! We hope you have had a great experience thus far. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or request a replacement within the scope of our 2 year warranty. Please see below for more information on our return policy and warranty.

Please retain your proof of purchase for all items bought from Practical Products or authorized retailers.

Returns

All items purchased from Practical Products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. The full purchase price of returned orders will be refunded once all items marked for return are received by Practical Products. For returns over $1,000, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Please allow at least 7 days for the refund to be initiated and 30 days for funds to become available depending on your banking institution. To initiate a return, send an email along with proof of purchase to practicalproducts.in@gmail.com with the subject line “Return”.

Warranty

All items purchased from Practical Products carry a 2-year warranty against defects from the date of purchase. For items purchased from authorized retailers, the 2-year warranty period begins on that date of purchase. Defects are defined as “failure of the item or components to carry out their advertised functions”. Warrantied items will be replaced at no additional cost to the purchaser. To initiate a claim, send an email along with proof of purchase to practicalproducts.in@gmail.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim”.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

Any item that has been damaged, defaced, or destroyed intentionally as determined by Practical Products.
